Equal
Housing Opportunity. Since 1866, national law made it
illegal for any home seller, landlord, or real estate
professional to discriminate on the basis of race, color,
religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national
origin. The laws have been amended and updated throughout

Multiple
Listing Service. The MLS is a marketing organization
composed of member brokers who agree to share their listing
agreements with one another. All properties for sale through
a Realtor® are registered with a regional MLS. What this
means is that if you place a listing with REALTY 100 the
Show Low Group, another broker's office can show your
property. Conversely, REALTY 100 the Show Low Group can show
MLS-listed properties to you, as a buyer, and represent you
in the purchase of that property, even if it is not listed
by our office. |

REALTOR® trademark is a symbol used only by those
professionals who belong to the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF
REALTORS® (the world's largest professional trade
organization) and subscribe to its extensive and strict Code
of Ethics. There are state and local chapters within the
National Association of Realtors®, including the
Arizona
Association of Realtors® and
White
Mountain Association of Realtors®. Grievances are

who is unfamiliar with listings. For example, "OWC"
